Would like to get some info on an 45 colt Abilene, it is in like new condition with stag grips. Found the Abilene in the Blue Book but it only lists the gun in 357 and 44. Any help would be great.

I have one of the older 44 mag single actions made in NY. It seems that the hammer should have more tension thus to strike harder when firing. Can anyone tell me if there is an adjustment that can eaisly be made, and how. Thank you!

I beleive Mossberg marketed Abilene pistols for awhile. You might contact them, or the Mossberg Collectors Society, and see if they have any records.
