was my dad's. has only been fired by him and me. he bought it new. ser#R44220 grips are original and fine and metal has only normal, not excessive, wear. original holster, too. (a Bianchi Chief SP #5)

can provide pics if necessary..have the flu at the moment, so i'm weak and whiney.

    It was probably made after 1958 and without pics my WAG would be around $300--the blue book lists it at $330 for on in 100% condition.

    thanks...may post pics later...definitely not 100%..perhaps 90-95. have taken it camping, etc for protection. great gun. so...is WAG a wild a-- guess? wondedring?
    that's how we'd say it in east tennessee!
