I just got a nice Beretta 96D it is Dual Action only, and would like to make it single action or SA/DA. Is this possible, and if it is what would I need to get.

i have a beretta 92fs i switched out the hammer with a 92d hammer now its double action only.
the problem you will face is no safety(firing pin safety only) at the least. you might have to switch the sear also.
hopefully you get some more info
