Russian Rifle???

I have a russian .22 bolt action rifle. I am trying to find out some information on it as to how much its worth if anything and where it came from. it has a "made in USSR" stamp on the top of the barrel as well as a model # T0Z-17-01 next to it. On the side of the barrel there is a stamp that looks like two capital P's put together and a number "2206". There is also a stamp that has a capital "T" in a circle and then a triangle around that. If anyone has any information on this gun I would love to here it.
