I am sure this has been asked before, but don't have a lot of time and just thought I would go ahead and ask. I am looking to sell my model 94 AE which is the main reason I joined gunbroker. it was bought brand new in 1986 but may have been manufactured before that. serial# 54031**. It is in mint condition! can any of the experts tell me what they would sell it for. any information is appreciated.
I also have a model 1894, serial# 2361**. it is in good condition, and can still be fired. it is a .30 cal. all original pieces. anyone have an estimate on how much it is worth. I can give some pictures if that is helpful of both guns. God Bless.

Post pics. Without being able to see the guns they are worth $50. each sight unseen (on second thought that may be high). No way to tell what parts may have been changed or modified, condition of gun, amount of bluing left or bad scratches if ya cann't see it. [:0] [?]

It will sell for as much as someone will pay. Lot of 94's pre-64 and AE looking for buyers on the auction side and not getting them. Especially now people are looking for bargains and a 94 priced at twice what it sold for new will probably not attract many buyers. If you do not have to sell it now wait for a better economy. If you must sell, list it without reserve, but with an opening bid set at the minimum you could accept to part with it. If folks want it, they will bid it up to the most one of them is willing to pay. If it does not sell, it is probably priced too high.

Do a smart searche on 94AE's that have already sold to get an idea of what they have been going for.

Picture the model 94ae out of the box!!! I am not worried about the 1894, it is staying right where it is for a long time. I just wanted to put a fair price on this gun. Have not seen any one here go for less than 400.00, if they go!!

I am correct that the value went up when winchester took these out of production? God Bless.

You are correct that everyone started asking more for them as soon as USRC announced it would be closing. Asking price went up. Artificial inflation. Everyone is asking more, but not necessarily getting it. Ask what you think you need and let the market determine how interested it is.
