I was going to make my next purchase a marlin 1894 fg in 41 mag. I already have a 30-30 a 35 rem and a 32 ws. I have always liked a 41 and have a s&w 41 mag with the 8 3/8 barrel that I hunt with in pa. My father said that he had herd that they had some problems with them. Can anyone tell me if they have one and if they have had any problems, accuracy issues or anything about them. I will be going to a show in harrisburg pa next month and will be looking there first. My father fought with the local gunstore for awhile until they took his back. Terrible accuracy. All over the place I guess, he was very po'd about it since he loves Marlin's. The crown on the barrel looked pretty shaby. This might not be all of them just my fathers he took a Marlin XLR 45/70 to replace it. Great gun too.
