Graff and Sons, in Mexico MO. Specializes in military ammo, and reloading components for same. You will be way ahead of the game, getting 7.5 Swiss, and components from them. Then putting out the money for 284 Win. brass. Than converting it to 7.5 Swiss.
Push the shoulder back.
Trim.
Resize.
Measure accurately.
Fireform.
I would go to one of the suppliers named above and buy a large enough supply to last me my lifetime and forego this process as being a nuisance and unnecessary.[;)]
Best.
Unless you have some 284 brass on hand, or a economical way to obtain some. Not worth it IMHO.

True. I spent some trying hours converting .30-06 military brass to 7.7. Arisaka. Then bit the bullet, ordered 7.7 brass and suddenly life became much easier.
