Browning 81L 270 DOM

Anyone tell me the Dom of a Browning blr 81L serial # C2559NY327 in looking at Browning's chart it looks like made in 1992 but has a C preceding the serial number. What would The C stand for as their chart does not show any letter preceding the serial number? Any info is always appreciated.

    Years ago some Medalists target pistols, had a serial number with a similar anomaly. Can't say if it is similar to your rifle though? In the case of the Medalists, the frames were different than standard Medalist frames. Perhaps Browning wanted to differentiate your rifle, for a similar reason?
