Can anyone give me any info on this caliber? I am not familiar with it, never shot it, but am looking at a pistol chambered for it. Seems like I remember reading it was basically a necked down 10mm so it could be shot in small frame auto's, but might be wrong on that. Thanks!

    it is a quality pistol in the sense that it will work as advertised and hold up to normal duty usage. It is not meant to be an exemplar of old-style machining and fit/finish, nor is it a target pistol. It will never be a collectible. As a defensive weapon, it will serve as well as any combat tupperware. i have seen them selling for around $300-$350 at the wholesale level.
