Model 29-3 info needed

I recently purchased a S&W model 29-3 it is blue with a 6' barrel. It appears to have been dropped on the rear sight and now it won't adjust. Can anyone tell me the specific type of rear sight this iswhere I can order a new one.the rear sight is an adjustable white outline sight. Thanks,Jon
