Magazine springs?

I have some old mags that need springs replaced - for Browning HP a 13rd, 17rd, & 20rd, and for a Marlin Camp 9, a 17rd and 30rd. My question: are the springs specific to the manufacturer or are there "generic" springs that can be installed?

    There are aftermarket springs specific to the make/model. Try Wolff Gun Springs for a start.
