I was wondering if anyone could tell me the manufacture date and value of a Winchester Model 12 pump action 12 gauge shotgun. The serial number begins with 115XXXX

Good morning LukeDuke: According to Riffle, it was made in 1948, (S/Ns 1102375-1184055).As far as far as value, you could have anything from a plain old Field grade, to a very nice Pigeon Trap gun with #5 engraving, that would mean about $250-$5000 depending on condition. Winchester made the Md 12 in many different configurations, without more detail, putting a price on it is impossible. Barrel length, choke, plain, solid rib, vent rib barrel, type of stocks, condition etc. etc. Regards Dave
