Homemade 1 of 1000?

I had a fellow show me a 94 today that I can't find. My first guess is that it's one of Davidson's or Cherry's specials but I just don't know. Here's the high points:
Original finish Winchester model 94, serial number 3065345. It has a large hoop lever, what appears to be handrubbed select walnut furniture, and is a cresent buttstock with a steel buttplate. There are no special markings anywhere on it.
Additionally, it is in a machine sewn dark leather horse scabbard with fake fleece lining. The scabbard is a perfect fit with allowances for the hoop lever. There are no markings on the scabbard.
Anyone know who created this little jewel? It is a pretty rig.

It's a 30-30 and I will have to measure the barrel tomorrow. It appears to be standard lenghth though.
