When Beretta terminated production of the Cougars in Italy, no more .45's were made. The Turkish ones are in 9mm & 40 SW. Two versions of the .45 Cougar. The double action only, is not as popular as the version that is single action after first shot. I was interested in buying one last year, the only single action I could find was $525+ tax.

    thanks

The Double Action Only, was in Phoenix about 3 months ago, ( private sale ). The single action was in North East Arizona, at a Gun Store, last fall.
