What is the best vertical grip for an Ak47?

    If you mean the forward grip, I would say the wood ones that are shaped as part of the forearm.

    "Best" is subjective. Whichever one is most comfortable for you is "best". Only you can decide what fits your hand, etc.

    If you mean the REAR pistol grip, I'm partial to this Israeli model:

    If you mean a FOREARM front grip, I'll agree with the other two posters that the one Romanian style built into the wooden forearm is one of the "best":

    Short of that, *IF* you have a picatinny rail on the bottom of your forearm, you could use any grip you liked, including a folding one, AR-type grip, or even a bipod-containing grip.
