What caliber? Appears to be Ruger and measures just over two inches long and is a flea market find. I used my phone and only got one usable picture.

Those aluminum feed lips. Might be the identifier? Believe their recent made, rotary mags. Are all plastic now.

Did someone forget to mention the Ruger 77/## rotary magazines in 357 Mag and 44 Mag? I don't believe any of their rotary magazines are marked for cartridge.
Owned a 357, Desert Eagle years ago. The top area of the mag, where the feed lips are located. Were way bigger, than the feed lip area, shown in the OP's photo.
