    I think you are looking for some justification on using or id'ing that surplus powder. I have found no hard proof of what it is equal to. No one I know recommends using blank powders or even the super light training bullet powders for reloading heavy weight bullets. Think about that carefully. "Close enuff" is NOT good enough in reloading. You have gotten this same info on other sites too. It just isn't worth ka-booming a gun or your eyesight. BOB
