Could anyone give me a round figure of the worth of this gun. 99%blue, nice checker grips, no rust or other flaws. Has been shot but no bbl defects

There;s several models. None have much if any collector value. In really good condition, maybe $150.

    Notice the O.P. said "grips."
If the gun is a pistol, and registered with BATF, then it could be valuable.

Obversely Conversely If it is a pistol and it wasn't papered prior to or during the amnesty of December 1968, it can get you 10 years in the slammer with sugar bugger bubba as your roomie.

Thanks for the information. The reply about it not being registered with the BATF turned me off as a buyer. Thanks again

The correspondent said "Checkered Grips" He made no mention of a cut off or shorten butt stock or a cut off barrel. The legal classification for a sawed off shotgun is one with a barrel length of less that 16 inches measured from the muzzle to the breech face and an overall length of 26 inches overall measured from muzzle to the end of the butt stock.

The Stevens 35 tip up pistol was made in .410. It was not cut down from a shotgun.
