Good day gentlemen/ladies: I have An upper, lower receiver, charging handle, carrying handle for an AR15. These are forgings and they are NOT finished. I'd say they are 85% "not finished."
I'd appreciate it if anyone would tell me if I can sell these, (specially the lower receiver), without any legal problems. As far as having to deal with a FFL dealer, etc. Thank you ahead of time.

You will be able to sell the lower reciever for about $20-$30, the other parts you won't have much value. As far as legal, 80% or less receivers don't need an FFL to transfer, they are not considered a firearm at that point in time.

Pictures so we know exactly what your talking about?

If there is no serial number on the lower, it is considered a paper weight. Sell them as such.
