The particular piece I have has the markings as follows:
"XXII"
"PSF"
"MADE IN ITALY"
"RIGARMI BRESCIA-Cal.6,35 (25)"
and what appears to be the serial "98099"

I could not find a date stamped anywhere on it.

Welcome to the forum; hope you have fun here.

It was made by Galesi, who also produced the poor quality RG guns. I would guess that it was made in the 1960's or 1970's, but not many folks have much interest in these lower end guns.

Value would be < $100.

There was Rino Galesi, and Armi Galesi. Neither were involved with RG, which was the German maker 'Rohm.'

Granted, it's like grading turds but hey.

I had one it was a well built little 25 auto. Just do not carry one in the chamber if you carry it or any of the hammerless auto. i would not carry any hammerless auto with one in the chamber as the fireing pin is cocked and if you drop it it may go off even with the safety on unless it is a squeeze cock pistol.

If you are carrying a .25 auto as a carry gun I feel for ya. Not one of the first choices for self defense. I think you would be better off with a rusty old pocket knife. Worst damn developement in the firearme industry and the worst caliber ever inflicted on man kind.

I inherited it from my Grandfather - it is in GREAT shape. I carry a Glock 17 - I wouldn't carry a 25 auto... you could end up getting spanked with it, after you had to shoot an attacker.
