Problem with my Browning BL22 (HELP)

I cannot get it to cycle the next round in the chamber without pressing really hard on the lever. I have cleaned the gun really good and the springs are newer. Replaced last year. It fires and ejects just fine, but wont load the next round without a lot of pressure applied on the lever. I have three of these rifles and the others feed just fine. What could be the problem???Thanks, Oakie.

The timing could be slow because the magazine tube spring is weak or dirty from bullet wax ect. The magazine tube plunger must ride smoothly to put even and consistent pressure on the rounds.
So is the extra pressure required to force the lever farther open to release the next round from the magazine or to pull the lever shut lifting the carrier?

Extra pressure required to open lever further forward.
I be looking at the carrier group first #8,9,11. Then the engagement with the lever. Compare the parts carefully to one that function well.
Thank you, I will try to fix her tonight. Oakie
