I have recently acquired a Colt Model 1900 Semi Auto Pistol (.38 ACP)with serial number 33XX. It is a real beauty rating in the mid 90's in condition & appears to have the original finish. I ordered a "Colt Letter" today & they quoted 120 days to receive it, really? The serial number on the frame & the slide match. Are any other parts serialized?

Does it have a sight safety?

EDIT #1, The sight safety was only on the early production 1900's. It proved faulty. Colt deleted it from the late production 1900's. And recalled and reworked many of the early production guns, to delete it. This is why 1900's still having sight safety's, are worth big bucks.
