Is a NIB springfield armory model V-12 1911 loaded pistol worth more than $649.00?

    I shot one very much much muzzle blast directed upwards... If you shoot it in the dark very impressive... But not what you would want in a cary gun.. very little second shot due to the flame that comes out of the ports.(nite blindness) just my thoughts I Have one and do not carry because of this

    I ordered one from a gun store a year ago for $659, $711 with tax. Most shops here have been trying to push them for around $700. + tax. Been very happy with it. It has a 500 round breakin before it stopes stove piping the empties. Never experianced any blindness from the ports, although they do get the nice shine of the gun dirty real quick, cleans up easy though.
