French Military Pistol

I have what appears to be a old French military 22 cal revolver. This is a 12 shot cylinder. It says Francsise D' Arms & Cycles die Saint-E Tianne. The only number on the gun is an 8 on the cylinder. It appears to have Belgium proof marks on it. It has a military finish and the frame is a rougher finish than the cylinder which may be due to the company buying the frame seperate from the rest of the gun. Any info on this gun and expected worth would be helpful.

    Found nothing in Blue Book.
The Standard catalog of Firearms and the name listed
for OLD autos and muskets. The name is die Saint-E Tianne.
Could find no revolvers, but someone will.
    Later,

Try www.gunsworld.com sounds like a Manurhin M73 which in 22 is an MR22 single action with adj. trigger created for silhouette shooting. It's the only pistol on the site chambered in 22. Hope I got it right.
