$469 for a new Marlin 1894c .357/.38 good price?

I've been calling around, searching the internet, checking auctions, and so far the best price that I can find for a Marlin 1894c is $469 at a local gun shop (which said they could order it for me at that price). Is this a good price, or does anyone know where I can get a better deal? Also, this is for a "newer" model with the checkered wood and hammer safety. Thanks.
