wilson combat is a pretty well known and established company. wait a few more days and if it's still not here, give em a call. if they were the type of company that screws over their customers, they surely wouldn't have the reputation that they have. have faith.

OK, thanks for the help I will wait a few more days and if it doesn't come in I will call. I didn't think that Wilson Combat would slack off, but I thought I would ask. Thank you again.

Unfortunately, three weeks is probably what you are looking at.

Recently I ordered a simple part from "another" supplier. Before I purchased the item they were very helpful and communicative and said the part was in stock and would ship the next day.

After I ordered the part, I "didn't hear nothin'" for four weeks. I sent them an email asking "'sup, dawg?". No answer. The following week I sent another email telling them to cancel the order, that I found the part elsewhere. Still no reply, but they mailed the part the very next day (I checked the postmark). I received the part two days after the postmark date. So, that's what? Five-and-a-half weeks! If I were an @$$hole, and there are quite a few that would say, "Whattaya mean IF?", I would have called my bank card people, contested the charge and demanded that these turkeys send me a postage-paid return envelope.

Yeah, I know......shoulda, woulda, coulda, blah, blah, blah. But it is infuriating to have somebody just lie in your face and let them get away with it because it is the most expedient way to handle the issue.
