Arisaka t-99 scope?

How and were would i mount a scope on one of these? Where they even used a sniper rifles? I found 1 on ebay but don't see were it would mount.

Yes, the T-99 as well as the T-38 Arisaka were used as sniper rifles Scopes were attached using a mount that attached to the left side of the receiver.
Contrary to popular belief, Arisaka sniper rifles did not incorporate any type of special barrel for accuracy. Rifles used as Snipers were picked at random from production lines and fitted w/scope mount and bent bolt handle.
