Stevens SxS ID

I am looking for parts for a Stevens SxS Hammerless shotgun. It has "STEVENS" and a goose engraved on the left side of the receiver and "Stevens Arms Company", Chicopee Falls, Mass. USA and Patented April 20, 1915 on the right side. The serial number is H476XX. Any help appreciated.
