Ithaca Model 87 resale and trade in value

I have an Ithaca Model 87 12-gauge pump action shot gun in good condition with a Deer Slayer II shotgun slug barrel as well as a bird barrel. It is a 4+1 chamber which is plugged for 2+1 for Illinois. I had site rail mounts machined into the receiver top and a Limbsaver recoil pad installed. This gun has killed deer at over 150 yards with a 4 power scope. I would like to know the resale value and the trade in value so I have some where to start.

A picture and the current condition of the gun would be nice in giving you an estimate. For a good ball part est. look at what the are selling at during the auction.

The gun has had about 50 slugs put through it and about 300 bird shot shells run through it. It is in good condition and was cleaned after every use. I'll get a picture as soon as I can.

Based on G to VG condition, trade-in would be between $250-$300 tops, maybe a bit less due to your 'receiver' alterations. I would think that if you listed it next fall here on GB, when demand picks up for deer/bird shotgun combos, you could easily fetch $395-$410 for it with a little patience. If it was a 20ga with no alterations, I'd eagerly give $400 plus for the combo.
