springfield 410 double barrel

I have a springfield 410 double barrel that has only springfield arms company chicopee falls mass. u.s.a. and the serial #. does anyone know any thing about this as I can't find any thing on the net?

    Springfield was a Trade Name used by Savage on some of their economy/utility shotguns. You will find that it is virtually identical to a standard Savage made during the same time frame except the exterior finish on metal and wood is not nearly as good. Sometimes stained Birch is used instead of Walnut for the stock and forearm.
