I'm a contractor and was doing a job for an elderly woman who thought I might make use of her husbands "old hunting rifle". When I opened the case I was pleased to find an old 03A3. I know they aren't as valuable as a Springfield 03 but I was wondering if anyone had any info on this rifle for me. I see a few on auction for $600-$800 but they have no bids. This gun that I have is in much better(near mint) condition for a rifle this old. I'll upload some pics tomorrow. Any info at all would help. THANKS

    eastbank,

Thanks for the info. I'm not really sure if I want to part with it yet. I was just curious as to what everyone could tell me about the gun. I'm not really into the military rifles but I do have an M1 30cal carbine with an unusual collapsible stock and an SKS I bang around with as well.

The Smith Corona is a wonderful rifle. In good shape it is a solid $800. They shoot great. reindeer
