O. 410 GA SERIAL # 2 WARREN.O. 3-14-1937 THE LONG GUN IS A 410 GAUGE WITH A 5 SHOT REVOLVING CYL. THE GUN IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION HOWEVER THE STOCK IS CRACKED. I THINK IT IS A CUSTOM MADE GUN BECAUSE WE CAN'T FIND IT IN ANY GUN BOOK. WOULD LIKE SOME INFO. ON IT IF ANYONE HAS ANY. HDEVRIEZE35@COMCAST.NET

The most important thing that affects it's legal status, is barrel length, i.e. it has to be a least 18" long from the breech face.
During the 1930's when this shotgun was apparently made, this wasn't a big thing as far as the feds were concerned. Nowadays it is.

If the barrel is less than 18 in. and smooth bore and never registered . Can he now get it registered ? If he can great but if not what should he do with it ?
