How would that person have aquired this thing ?
If there was a 2" item, like a flash hider, permanently attached to the barrel, would that make the piece too cumbersome to use ?
I would think that if there was a documented existence of an illegal weapon...those folks would be duty bound to find it.
The same for manufacture.
The risk of possesing 'forbiden fruit' is too great for any fleeting enjoyment one would derive from it. A couple inches would not affect my performance.[:I] , uh, firearm performance.
