Several years ago I traded for an Enfield MP-45. This is a semi-auto 45acp pistol with a very high cap stick mag. Does anyone know the value of this weapon? It is in extremely good condition and has been shot very little. The one bad point about the pistol is its weight, this is a heavy gun!

No. It is made by Enfield and marketed in the U.S. as Enfield -America.

They didn't used to be that expensive, but they haven't been made in a very long time. They aren't nearly as common as Tec 9's or AP9's. They should bring more than either of those. They pretty much fall into the "what the market will bear" category. Find someone that has been looking for one and see what they are willing to pay. I've seen guys pay hundreds of dollars more for something than I thought it was worth, but they had been looking for that "One" gun for who knows how long and the price they were willing to pay was based on that fact. Someone might only offer you $300-350 for that Enfield 45. Someone else might be willing to pay over $700 or more. Its not like a dealer can pick up the phone and order as many as they want. If someone wants to buy one, they will have to find not only someone who has one, but someone that is willing to sell the one they have. In that case, the seller will have a great deal of say as to what the price will be.
