Is there an American close counterpart bullet that will safely fire in a 1887 Swedish revolver? For example, The H&R.32 mag, .32 S&W Long and the 8mm Rast Gasser?

Cartridges of the World, 8th edition, says that Norma produced some civilian ammo for this revolver. You CAN shoot 32 Short or 32 Long COLT- but is a loose fit, accuracy sux. You can make brass by trimming 32-20 casings back to .895 length. Your revolver was made for BLACKPOWDER- any handload should be a very low power equivalent. DO NOT try a 32 Mag- likely to result in revolver rapidly self disassembling. 105 gr lead bullet, 2.0 grains Bullseye duplicates factory load- Muzzle energy about 120 ft lbs, as compared to ME of 230 ft lbs for 32 H&R Magnum. PS- think Fiocchi still loads this as the 7.5 Swedish Nagant Revolver.
