daewoo dr-300

Hi, just bought a Daewoo Dr-300 in 7.62x39 at this site, came in without the blowback gas adjuster (looks like either plugged or grounded off), front sight is lower half-ring, not like my other dr-200 which has a full ring.serial # is under 100.Is this original or been manipulated? Thanks.
