My wife bought me one for my birthday a few years back. I'm not sure I can help you since she got it from my brother in law. She gave $100.Its a nine shot revolver that shoots .22 LR. Its a nice little revolver to shoot.

I bought a model 940 from a GB auction about 5 months ago. The 940 is the same revolver as the 939 except the 940 has a round barrel instead of the slab side barrel of the 939. My piece is in excellent ++ condition and I won the auction for $ 130.00. I believe I did very well, and you could easily expect to see these pieces sell for more than this, maybe in the $ 175.00 range??

Great. I knew $225 was a little high since I would have to add shipping and then a transfer fee. Thanks.

I wouldn't regret your purchase. These little 9-cylinders are fun little pistols to go out and shoot. If I could find one similar to the old one I have, I'd probably pay more than book value for it. I guess it just depends how attached to it you get.

    Maschevy
Seller is maybe a little high if there is no original box or paperwork, but still not what I would call totally out of line
