I,ve been researching Belgian proofs for some of my own items. Yours is as follows:
E with star over is the proof inspectors's mark.
PV with lion over is a proof mark for semi-smokeless powder. It is a sign of proof testing to 50 per cent over the pressures produced by a standard cartridge at the time.
The tower or Perron mark is a black powder proof which is included dispite the semi smokeless proof of the PV.
I have this info from The Standard Directory of Proof Marks book.
Not sure on the other marks on the trigger guard - you can contact Alain at littlegun.be who is a font of great knowledge on all things Belgian!
Or here: http://www.littlegun.be/arme belge/fn/a a fn gb.htm
The gun is a F.N. 1906 - Cute little gun - would love one myself but I live in the police state of the UK!!
Hope that helped.
