It'll take some time and a bit of searching to find a Crossfire as not many were made, but they do pop up from time to time, good luck and keep searching.

do u know what type of shotgun is this? and what type of customize is this?

This gun is called the MK-1 Crossfire and is manfactured by Saco Defense, Inc in LaGrange, GA. The Crossfire was introduced in 1999 and it is the first production firearm to combine the shotgun and rifle into a pump action, multishot weapon. They were only made till 2001 as the idea really didn't match what the market was looking for. Here are a few links that will give you a bit more information on the gun:

The gun in your pictures has small add ons such as a Surefire TLR-2 light and a Aimpoint style sight, not to mention the Beta C-Mag drum.
