Irving H. Page and George S. Lewis (both formerly of the J. Stevens Arms & Tool Co.) formed the Page-Lewis Arms Co. in Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts, in 1921. The company manufactured four different models of .22-caliber rimfire boy's rifles: three under-lever with a falling-block action and one bolt-action model. Page died of a sudden heart attack in 1924, and in 1926 Savage bought the Page-Lewis Arms Co.

    1. Model A Target, .22 caliber single shot lever-action rifle with a 20" barrel and open sights. Blued with a walnut stock. Mfg'd 1920-1926.

    2. Model B Sharpshooter, same as above, but with a 24" barrel and longer forend.

    3. Model C Olympic, same as above, with a 24" barrel and improved sights.

    4. Model D, .22 caliber, bolt-action, with 20" barrel.

I suspect that your rifle was actually made by the Savage Arms Co. shortly after they bought out Page Lewis. What type of action does your Page Lewis rifle have? Can you post a picture of it?

Its a single shot bolt action. It has a knob on the bottom to allow you to take the stock off the action. It also has a ramp rear sight.
I will post a pic of it tonight.
