I would like to know approxematly when this gun was manufactured and what kind of value it holds NIB.

Call the the number listed under "U.S. Repeating Arms Co.", and they can tell you when it was made (my guess is sometime in the late 1990s or shortly after Y2K). I have no idea on the value. None of the standard production U.S.R.A.Co. guns are considered collectable... yet.
