newbie seller question

With no feedback, is it a big problem to sell some minor stuff, like grips, magazines, ammo components. I have pretty much feedback on ebay, for whatever that's worth. I'm not a dealer, and I just want to thin out my stuff a little, and much of it can't go on ebay.
Also, not being a dealer, I can't forsee buying enough items to run up much feedback any time soon.
Any ideas?

It should not be a problem. Just post clear photos & give a thorough description of the items. The more information you give, the more comfortable prospective bidders will feel. You may even want to include your phone number in your listing.

Be sure to do a professional job of listing your item. Give your return policy, payment methods, & shipping cost.

It might even help to mention your ebarf name & number of feedbacks.

We all were newbies one time or the other.[:p] Just list them if the prices are good you'll get bids, maybe mention your ebay username so folks can look it up if they sop choose. Might post a link to your auctions on the General Discussion forum. Best of luck.

Offer a no questions asked return policy. That eases my mind. I think on small $ items it should not matter much. In the case of used guns, where your opinion of condition poses bigger financial risk to the buyer, feedback matters more.

When you list your items, state your eBay seller name so people can check your feedback there.

Put them up with good pics and descriptions. We all have to start sometime. I don't have a problem bidding on new sellers.

Behave professionally (as described herein previously) and you'll be professional. People can see that. Refer to "my feedback on another major auction site with the username 'username'", and people will get the message.
