It says made in Germany on it but no date, no name, just a buffalo on the plastic grips. It has one cylinder for .22 long and one for .22 magnum. It belonged to my Dad along time ago and I recently aquired it from my Uncle. Thanks for the help Ya'll.

I have a .22LR one that's a dead ringer for yours that is marked EIG Model E 15 on the bottom of the butt. It's a "Buffalo Scout" model, I think I have seen them also made by either EIG or H Schmidt, both of West Germany. Dates to the late 60's/70's. Might have been imported by Hawes of Los Angeles, I have seen them so marked usually on the left side of the barrel. Usually have German Proof marks on the left side of the frame. Nice to find with both cylinders, usually one is missing.
Not a great value gun, probably in the $100-$200 range if really nice condition. They won't blue, they are made of an alloy usually. Yours may have been refinished, it looks like a nickel finish and that may be why you cannot find any marks on it, buffed out when refinished. I think of them as being on par with the Heritage guns sold today, good single action plinker.
The grips have a tendency to want to warp so I would be careful about tightening them up.
