M70 Classic barrels

I have a Win M70 XTR action I want to install a Classic barrel on. Will the Classic barrels fit on the standard post-64 actions?
I know the pre-64 and post-64s are threaded differtntly...

Thread dia. and pitch are the same. Push feed post 64 dosen't have the extractor cut.

As Geri points out, the threads and tenon diameter are the same for both period actions. The Classic not only has the extractor cut but it has the coned breech also the same as the Pre-'64 actions.

The Post-'64 has a flat breech without the extractor cut or coned breech.
