Ithaca model 37 part needed

Hello all, I am looking for the original real sight leaf for an ithaca model 37 deerslayer . I cant seem to locate one through all the major parts sources. I know alot of folks remove these to mount a scope (thats why mine is missing), so if you have one I could sure use it[:)] thanks!

    Ron Sharp in Canada will have them or Les Hovencamp at Diamond gunsmithing should have one Ron's number is (905) 774-6368. Diamondgunsmithing is on the net.
