Is there a rear sight that fits a .22 scope base?

I just bought a Erma .22 M1 Carbine, It has a scope on it, and I cant afford the correct sight for it yet (its like 100 bucks)

Does anyone make a rear sight that fits the rail/base on rimfire rifles?
