So some ESAPI questions....
I was under the impression that the ESAPI is not level 4 stand alone, however sites like Blackhawk http://www.falcontactical.net/blbaceplle4s.html and this site http://www.tgfaust.com/plate.htm say they are, are they level 4 stand alone?
Is a NIJ level 4 SAPI plate stronger then the ESAPI? I know the military has their own standards but please try to explain...
If so are they (ESAPI) multi hit stand alone or do you need a vest for that?
Also what is the XSAPI (i have heard its the bigfoot of SAPI world... and ideas?)
