I have set up a NFA Trust and am about to file for my first Title II firearm with the BATF.
I'm converting a Thompson .45 cal. 1927A-1 Pistol (10-1/2" Barrel) to a SBR by swapping the frame (lower) for a frame that has a buttstock. Lawyer has checked all the paper work and I'm good to go.
Having trouble finding an engraver that can engrave the information I need on the firearm.
Can anyone suggest an engraver that can accomplish what the BATF requires... Minimum Depth of .003" for the Name of the Trust, city and state, into steel?
I've contacted several Throphy Shops and all they can do is "scrath" the surface.
For the luv-a-Mike... There's got to be somebody out there that can HELP ME!!!
