219 ZIPPER PRODUCTION

Bert you mentioned in an early post that approxamatly 10% of model 64 production was in 219 zipper. Does the new research (polishing room records)offer any more insight into actual production numbers?

    The PR records do not contain any caliber data... just dates of manufacture for a particular serial number.

    My on going survey indicates that just over 10% of the Model 64 production was in 219 Zipper. Thus far I have (627) Model 64s in the survey, and (65) of them are 219 Zippers.

    She is smart enough not to ask,but I do know the difference between Kate Spade,Coach,and Louis Vuitton purses.[;)]
