Del-Ton uppers?

We have a local shop selling new Del-Ton mid length uppers on new CMMG lowers for $559.

Are the Del-ton uppers decent shooters?

I've had good results with several. The 16" Hbar I carry all winter to coyote hunt with is a DelTon and is coyote accurate to 300 yards. It's taken 3 winters of use and still looks good. If I wasn't overloaded with AR's already, I'd be all over that deal.

I used one of their complete carbine uppers with chrome lined barrels on my last AR.

Worked just fine. $559, I think I would snag one.

They're fine for a lower end AR. I have one or two. I'm not a serious AR shooter, more of a casual plinker with them and haven't had any issue. Delton sells entire kits too, sounds like the gun shop used one on a CMMG lower and built it up.

Price is pretty good - remember Nov 2008?[xx(]

I don't own any Delton uppers but I do have some CMMG stuff and I wouldn't have any problems buying from either company.[;)]
